Our Sauvignon Blanc is grown in Monterey County with its cool coastal climate and sea breezes. The wine making is all done at Tobin James Cellars.

Light-bodied wine with noticeable acidity and a fresh, light, cool and crisp dry finish. This wine is perfect on a warm summer afternoon served chilled.

Our Sundance is an elegant mix of acidic fruit and herbaceous greens. Notes of grapefruit, zesty citrus, kiwi, and lemongrass. This wine is refreshing, crisp and clean.

Food Pairing:  Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with dishes using green herbs including parsley, basil, cilantro or mint. Serve with white meats: chicken, pork or turkey. Delicious with sea bass, halibut, and shellfish. Try with baked halibut with basil butter and basmati rice. Pair with rosemary, lemon, butter and garlic baked chicken. Fresh chevre goat cheese complements this wine.
